"Hillbilly Chipmonk" was a Smokey Burbon Doupel Style Ale, so the name and label was a mash up of Appalachia meets Belgian Abby. "Stakeout Stout" was a coffee and donut flavored stout, so the name and label came from a police stakeout theme.

"De Gama's Gold" was an IPA, and was named after Vasco da Gama, who was the first European to sail to India, hence where the connection to a Indian Pale Ale came from. "Brush Fire" was (suppost) to be a smoked wheat ale (it did not fully ferminte sadly.)

Four brewers. Four brews at one time. Four Horsemen. Pale horse - Imperial IPA. Red Horse - Oktoberfest. Dark Horse - Porter. White Horse - Blonde Belgian.
